5TH ANNUAL “CRAPPIEFEST” TOURNAMENT
The 5th Annual Crappiefest Tournament is set for Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Lake Fork Trophy Lures in Emory, TX. A record minimum guaranteed payout of $28,250 in cash will be up for grabs this year, and there are more ways to win cash than ever before!!!
–The top twenty places will all pay out cash!
–If you weigh in a crappie that weighs exactly 1.00 lbs, 1.25 lbs, 1.50 lbs, 1.75 lbs or 2.00 lbs, you will win $200 in cash!!!
–If you are the first angler to weigh in a fish hitting any of these target weights, you will win $500 in cash!!!
–If you weigh in a crappie that weighs the closest to one of four “mystery weights” selected at the close of the weigh in, you will win $250 in cash!!!
–If you are the top-finishing CAT member, you will win an extra $1,000 in cash!!!
–1st place will pay out a minimum of $5,000 in cash!!!
This is a “big fish” tournament where each angler weighs in only one fish. The entry fee is only $75 per person (Plus a $5 convenience fee for online registration). You do not have to be a member of CAT to fish this tournament, and you can fish from a boat, the bank, a dock, a kayak or tube. All anglers of all skill levels have a chance to win.
New for this year, CAT has teamed up with the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) and 1/3rd of all entry fees will be donated by CAT to the NOCC!!!
And most exciting of all, there is a $7,500 cash bonus for anglers that weigh in a 3 pound + crappie. If you are the only angler to weigh-in a 3 pound crappie and you are a CAT member, you will walk away with at least $13,500 in cash for a single fish! No tournament in the country offers anglers of all skill levels the opportunity to win so much money for a single fish, so be sure and fish CAT’s 2018 Crappiefest Tournament.
